Hey, just got your PM. 
It's a registry setting. Start>Run>regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
Create a new DWORD item under that key and set the name as the name of the user account you want to hide from the Welcome screen. Set the value to 0. That should do it.
