Want a tempature readout

I was looking at some case mods that had these temperature readouts and stuff, I was wondering where I could get the hardware to do that. Also let my motherboard readout the temp to my OS..

Digital Doc 5 is a nice temperature monitor/display device. Do a Google search to see where you can purchase it.
