I'm not realy sure what happened or how it happened, but a couple of the vibrate "ringers" are missing from my Vibrate style menu, however they are still availible for every other ring style. I noticed this happened after seem editing a few locked tones back onto my phone (I believe they were Continental, Siren, and a couple others that I didn't really care for). I've since re-edited the tones off my phone and a few of the vibrate choices were restored, except the one I actually want, Vibe Pulse. anyone have ANY ideas what the heck happened or how I can restore my Vibrate menu? I've tried the PST method posted in the multimedia FAQ, but it didn't fix it.. I have a feeling a reflash will work, but I'm really not wanting to do that.

and yes, I already posted this once, but I never got a response before the mods moved it to the FAQ.

ok, I re-applied vibe pulse to the 'calls' setting via PST.. if anyone else ever runs into this problem (even though from hours of searching ALL faq's it appears no one has) here is how I fixed it.

1. connected phone to computer with PST running
2. set vibe pulse to 'calls' setting on another style (ie. vibe then ring)
3. created new 'feature file' and read data from phone
4. read number corresponding to 'calls' under the vibe then ring on feature file (on my phone it was 31)
5. set 'calls' on vibrate menu to same number
6. sent data to phone
7. power cycled
8. did Irish jig in celebration

Ok mods, merge away.

that's gotta really be bothering you having one less vibration options huh HUH. Marked Funniest Post of The Day

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
