    I have a Chaintech MoBo. (CT-9BIA)

    And on my MidiTower I have 2 extra USB ports on the front which I can connect to the MoBo, but the cables is marked differently from what is marked on the MoBo. So, does anyone know how I should connect it..don't want to cook my MoBo..:p

    In the Manual it looks something like this:

    ("0" symbolizes the connector.)

    VCC -> 0 0 <- VCC
    USBDT2(-) -> 0 0 <- USBDT3(-)
    USBDT2(+) -> 0 0 <- USBDT3(+)
    GND -> 0 0 <- GND
    X -> 0 0 <- X

    The 8 cables are marked:
    1 -D
    1 Ground
    1 +5V
    1 +D

    2 -D
    2 Ground
    2 +5V
    2 +D

    Thanks for your help!:)

  2. Vcc= +5v -(is usb device power)
    usbdt2 or 3 (-) = -D -(is usb signal neg)
    usbdt2 or 3 (+)= +D -(is usb signal pos)
    GND= Ground -(is usb device ground)
    x = not connected

    so connect:
    this to this
    VCC -> 1 +5V
    USBDT2(-) -> 1 -D
    USBDT2(+) -> 1 +D
    GND -> 1 Ground
    X -> nothing
    and this to this
    2 +5V <- VCC
    2 -D <- USBDT3(-)
    2 +D <- USBDT3(+)
    2 Ground <- GND
    nothing <- X
