Hey guys,
I've recently attempted to upgrade my Magnavox 27" TV to a "GoVideo" 42" TV. The reason why I am placing GoVideo in quotes is because the guy sold it to me as a Soyo, however on the front of the TV it says GoVideo. I've never had an LCD TV before, and I'm not used to looking at them. I've only looked at mine for a short while, and silly me didn't do any kind of research on the product before hand.
First of all, if I was to go to any website to look at users' individual reviews / comments on products such as this TV, what is the best place to go?
Also, I don't know if it's me, perhaps the configuration of the TV or something... again, I don't know that much about stuff like this. I don't know if it's me or not but the display of the TV seems weird. Not quite fuzzy, it's just the detail of the picture on my digital cable doesn't seem to compare to the way it was on my 27" CRT. I know there was a setting on my Tv that makes everything widescreen, or normal which makes everything small which I think what TV shows are normally broadcast at.
What can I do to test the full feature? I took a look at an HD movie channel but I didn't see much difference with the quality of it... will I notice it more on HD football games and Tv and stuff?
