unreasonable conflict

I have purchased and installed a Dazzle Video Editor SE Firewire IEEE1394 card which refuses to ork showing the yellow exclamation mark and question mark in device manage which I understand as a conflict, Dazzle say no drivers are available or necesary and there are no updates available via microsoft update.

Have you checked the compatability list from MS?
