unreal tournament

ok this is just starting to piss me off now, every time i play unreal turnament on the net it plays fine but the character models do not move they look like they are gliding, i have reinstalled UT many times, same with my detonator drivers and i know that it is not the fact that my modem is too slow. any help would be nice

Seems to be a common problem and the common answer seems to be to install the textures from the second CD... Whether it works I ca'nt say,,, I've never had that problem...

you do not see character movement (i.e. hands/legs moving)? maybe check your video options? if you are playing on a modem, it could be a net lag for you also, since most people nowadays are using broadband.
