undeleteable folder

My friend may have dled a file from morpheus. He says the folder says it has 0mb in it and it says access denied when he tries to open it. I was wondering if there would be any way to restore. It I know how to delete it. Is there a file out there that could doe this with out being executed.

There will be something running from in the folder or a hidden file in use by the system, check 'start up registry' and backgroup processes

Make sure he's not "hiding system files" and that all files are deleted. If that doesn't work, go into safemode and try.
