unable to open a link when bowsing ie

hi!
i'm surfing hondacars.com and i just can't navigate
i tried clicking the links and the hover says javascript:LPageAction... but the window couldn't open
ie version 6.0 with all the fixes/patches
os: winxp
any fix?

Weird I'm there right now and it works fine.

If it is a java problem get Java from it's source Sun.
