unable to install neverwinter

When installing NWN, i get this stupid error....
I cant remember the error but it involves the file: bzf1.tmp

It is after changing disk 1 to disk 2, when it is already in the file voiceres.blah (cant remember file extension). it hangs and says the error and the installation is aborted.

I got these when i reinstalled it. Hell!!!!!!!

Have you tried using compatability mode to install it?

How about the Play Disc? It'll make the most horrible noise in my cd-rom drive and then spit it back out randomly. Horrible, horrible game.

I already installed this game and it runs fine. But when i reinstalled it, (cause i knew there was a bug in the game but found out that there was no cure for it) i cant anymore. Oh and it ran fine with my processor o/c...
