Dear customer,

UltraMon 3.0 Beta 1 has been released, this release introduces a redesigned Smart Taskbar with toolbar docking and support for the Windows Vista look.

Please note that this release is less mature than UltraMon 2.7.1, and is mainly recommended if you:

- are using Windows Vista,
- are affected by an issue which was fixed in this release,
- or want to try the new features

See the release notes at http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/relnotes/3.0.0.asp for more information, the new release can be downloaded from http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/download_beta.asp.

Matt, how is your experience with this?

I might get myself another display later this year, depending on various things :) Would like to know fo'sho

Using it now. For the features that I have installed and use it is nearly flawless. I have only encountered one bug so far.

The one thing I would like to see changed is the ability to hide the system tray icon all together.

I love the "smart" taskbar and the wallpaper manager (which makes it really easy to apply dual screen wallpapers without combining them first).

I've been waiting for this since November, excellent!

Very nice, 3.0 has been in development for a long long time. Checking it out now. :)

The only bug I've come across is when trying to minimize the lone or last window on the secondary display by clicking on the taskbar button. You can minimize by clicking the minimize button or the context menu, but when you try to click the taskbar button it quickly restores automatically.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
