how do i get back email messages that i accidently deleted then deleted from the deleted messages folder in outlook??

(how many times can you say deleted in a sentence)

You can get them back but it's quite complicated!!

hey. u use outlook? that means u checking external account with pop3 email? try login in to yuor account via http and see if it's there in old or deleted mail.

if not, then set up your outlook to leave mesages on server , just in case something like this happens again u wont loose your staff completely. good luck
