trying to delete a file

have a problem I try to defrag but it said it can`t defrag becouse
there is a file who he cant move,
I found the file and tryed to delete it but it said "wrong parameter"
it`s a file made by partition magic when I split the hd and later merge it again.
does enyone know how I can delete that file please?

I wouldn't try to delete a file created by PM. It's probably critical to the disk structure. When you defrag, not every file can be moved - don't worry about it.

trying to delete the folder

as long I don`t delete that folder , I cant defrag the hd
so I need to delete it befor defrag works again
please help
