Too many user folders?

Hi everyone.
The only thing about working with a "new" OS (I worked
with WIN 95, 98 and ME... you get it, something different
from the NT and 2000 flavors), is that I have to learn
many new things.
My problem is that my system (name="chingona") is
configured for three users, myself as the administrator
(nacho), another profile for me as a limited user
(nachito) and the profile for my roommate (gustavo).
I can tell you: There are 14 *fourteen* folders under
C:\documents and settings for the users of my machine.

administrator
admninistrator.chingona
all users
all users.windows
gustavo
gustavo.chingona
nachito
nachito.chingona
nacho
nacho.chingona
nacho.chingona.000
nacho~1~chi
AND nachoc~1~000

My god!
Whenever I click "start", and choose "all programs",
there is a mix of start folders, so I cannot customize it
to my liking.
Any help?
Thank you

it seems you created redundant accounts that you must have set up previously somwhow, or you had accounts of the same names that you didn't delete using the user account settings screen thats why you have so many

thats why windows appended the (.chinonga) to the duplicate accounts.

which ones should I keep

Thanks!
But now, what about the .000 folders?
And which folders do you recommend keeping?

I can't recommend which folders to keep because I don't know which ones belong to your actual accounts that you use now. You might consider deleting ALL accounts except administrator from the user accounts screen, make sure you choose to delete files when it asks also (backup anything from the user accounts documents you might need)

once that is done go into your documents and settings and delete any user accounts left over except for admin

then go back into user accts and rebuild the accts you want.

sorry, it's all I could think of

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
