Too Many Context Menu Entries

The context menu in my windows explorer is getting ridiculously big, does anyone know of a way to get rid of some the useless entries?

Some of the programs have options to remove the entries, others don't. I use ContextMenu ControlFreak and it works wonders. It allows me to keep some of the options I want and put them in sub-menus on my context menu. It's worth checking it out.
