    Hi all,

I'll keep it brief...basically is there a way to manage the times at which each user on XP Home can access the machine through their login? For example, im trying to restrict access to my own account until after 8pm so i dont come home and go straight on the PC.....my willpower is poor! I want this time to do other things cos the internet (especially this site) is becoming too addictive.

I think i saw this on here sometime in the past but cant find it now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*chuckle* That's terrible. I mean we're all pretty bad, but intentionally locking yourself out of your own system as a means of better time management is hysterical. :D

Thanks very much Enyo, appreciate your help lots.

Lighter....its not about time management, not at all, im perfectly good at that. Its a case of not wanting this computer to be the first thing i do everytime i get home. There are better and (dare i say it without being mocked again!) more fulfilling things to do in this world. Im the first to admit that im probably addicted to my PC (games and internet) and im not giving it up altogether, but this is aimed at helping me. That's all. Glad you found it so *chuckle* enducing!!!

I'd better stop explaining myself there before i really go off on one!

    Thanks again Enyo. ;)

Oh I'm not mocking you...I have two desktops, two laptops and WiFi in my one bedroom apartment. When I get home from work (after being on a computer all day) I turn on my PCs before I even turn on the lights. In fact, my hardware provides ample ambient lighting. :)

What you're attempting to do is creative, it just struck me as funny.
