this really is true - I can now vouch from experience that even if you are one of the folks that worries about folding having an impact on your systems performance (it doesn't) then with Dual core to install it in a default way as a service say, will only max out at 50%of your total CPU since you have to install two clients to run both cores flat out....

This really does not stress you machine at all and it would make a nice difference to the OSNN team if everyone here with a dual core took a a little time out to install this - takes no more than ten minutes tops - and once there as a service you can forget about it an let it do it's thing....
