I just formated my pc and I rememberd that there used to be a patch to patch a tcp /ip problem on xp sp2 so i can download faster ?

where can i find that file ?

I've never heard of that, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist

Are you referring to Windows itself, or something more along the lines of say Internet Explorer and being able to have more than 2 concurrent downloads?

I believe that's what you're looking for. It alters the tcpip.sys file to increase the number of concurrent half-open connections.
