Task-switching graphics

Can anyone please tell me how to disable the graphical window when I Alt-Tab to switch between windows? I just want the plain-jane task switch with no extra graphics, etc.

Thanks!!
 
uninstall the alt-tab powertoy if you have it install if not then I don't have a clue.
