System Properties

how would I go about changing or personalizing the info in the My Comp/System Properties/General Tab...ie: pic other then the ms icon....add rig details?

would this apply to the Tips & Tweaks list?

Is this it ??

Start Menu - Click On Picture - At top click on HOME - Then Click on Change An Account - Pick your Name - And there is the stuff you can change !

right click my computer, select properties, the general tab has a screen showing info: system....registered to...computer

I would like to mod the ms pic and and info to the list(I'm bored)
