Style xp problem.

  1. I've been using style xp to load themes for my computer. I finally found the theme Ive been looking for, 2advanced, but I've run into a problem.

Before, it skinned everything nicely, even had small graphics in my windows explorer backgrounds, because of the shellstyel.dll I'm guessing. But lately, style xp has been acting up and I'm able to skin everything but those explorer windows. I really missed how it looked, and am trying to get it back that way.

I've also noticed something weird happens when I reboot my system. If I have a theme loaded and restart, it goes back to windows classic. This applies to all themes other than the default Windows XP one. But since I've been using the "load visual style" option in Style XP, it doesn't do that anymore.

Does anyone know how to make the awesome 2advanced theme work the way it did again? T_T

    i had the same prob....

i had that problem too and it had to do with windows xp and correcting its system files. i had to do a clean install of windows xp with sp1 and patch the uxtheme.dll myself
