Striped Raid Sata Upgrade??????

Hello,
Does anyone have any idea how to upgrade my current pair of 80gig SATA drives currently in a striped RAID to a pair of 320gig SATA drives in another striped RAID without reformatting? My mainboard is the famous ASROCK 939 DUAL SATA, and it only has two regular sata ports and one sata2 port. THANKS.

I'd get some imaging software and hope for the best. Something like Acronis TrueImage should probably be able to do it provided you make the rescue CD with the RAID drivers. Though this does kind of depend on your having a spare hard drive or something to dump the drive image to in between the two drives.
