Stressful Problem - Radeon 9800 Pro only 10fps??

im not sure if im right but i think it's your ram it's the old kind these kinds can get really slow and annoying try i maybe upgrading to ddr ram, i have a 9800 myself and i was playing delta force at 1024x768 really good but at 1280x1024 was going kinda slow

If you bring up the task manage, does it show any process is using a lot of cpu time other than CS?
