Hi ,today i swapped pc inards to a new case and my pc will not run or boot at its full speed...but it will at a lower spec .

I have xp athlon 2200+ which as been running at 1.8 for the last 3 months ok....Then when the swap took place,it now refuses to boot unless i drop the speed to 13.5 !!!

Well, lets imagine you change your engine from one car to another... And you call you mechanic and tell him that your car doesn't run anymore and you expect him to diagnose it over the phone... Dewd... The only recommendation I can give you... Take it all out and put it back in. Reset your BIOS. And cross your fingers. Oh, and get a sense of humor. What I simply meant is that if you don't know how to do something properly then maybe your should be doing it yourself...

Go to the mother board & switch over from 100 to 133. Sorry that's all I know how to explain but I'm sure it is that simple. :)
