Startup Program Order

XP Pro, Does anyone know how to organize the Startup order of programs? Specifically, I have Belkin UPS Service, Zone Alarm, and my DSL connection in Startup. I would like to change the order they load in so that the Belkin loads first, instead of hiding the DSL login with its splash screen. Moving them around in the Startup group does not affect the order they load in.

There's a free program called Startup Delayer made by R2 Studio's that might help you out. It lets you set a time between when each program starts up. Lets say you can have zone alarm set to startup first and then have any other program to startup 5 seconds after or whatever you like. Check it out by clicking HERE . Hope this helps.
