start button problem

ok i have searched everywere to find out why this damn pc is playin up. if i press the start button it takes at least 15 seconds to open, everything else is fine.

can anybody shed some light on this ?

fixed it, some idiot had put a shortcut to a file on A:\ drive...

I heard that there was this tech that had a problem doing that while being stoned.
