Splitting a movie

    anyone know a good program to split a movie file, i saved a video i taped that is to big to burn on to a cdr how do i split it, but keep in the same quality/format

    tmpgenc can do it also :)

    virtualdub doesnt support .m2v though, anything else?

    he's right. get it here.

    VirtualDub is also great for extracting audio from video files.

    ofcourse im right ;):p

    in tmpgenc goto file -> mpeg tools -> merge & cut

    its not an mpeg, its an .m2v

    ever thought about converting your video to divx? quality is fantastic and best of all - it fits on 1 cd. :)
