I don't think you can, why would you want to import cookies?

Favs, you need to save as HTML then go to Bookmarks, Manage Bookmarks, Tools, Import

    Jewelzz has the knowledge ;)

You can't actually import your cookies, obviously if there was an easy way to just export cookies, someone could steal all your passwords.

Mozilla Firebird is so damn fast, I'd take it over that chunky Mozilla 1.4 anyday
