How can i see exactly how much space each user is taking up? i thought there was something that showed details about each user account including space taken up built into xp somewere  and i mean without right clicking there folder in documents + settings becasue that wont show the info if they have selected there files to be private ;)

topical - quotas can do that!

ho ho - if you implement Discc Quotas you will get this info - but beware, when I did that on another machine I got into a BSOD cycle that I only just finished dealing with (though somehow it has screwed my networking there) Why not vote here if you do give them a go? (can always turn them off later)...

quickstart on quotas - go to disc, properties, advanced - think they're on a tab there and away you go.... Hope you find they work for you ;)

When you first switch them on windows scans the hard disk for the files which can take QUITE some time!!
