Sound problem

My os is installed on a 40gig Max and when I DL music I temporarily store them in "MY Music" folder. The music plays very loud which is great. I then transfer them to my 2nd 30gig Max. The music when played from there only goes up to half volume of my C drive. Any ideas?

The 30gig is on a controller card. Drivers installed

WTF how can that happen its still under windows settings and hdd has no role in telling windows how loud it has the music. it mearly stores and transfers the data and request of windows (user):huh:

Yea, i'ts pretty f...ed up, uh, I tried all drivers uninstalled all reinstalled all, updated all, I guess just reformat. Luckly I just did that so no apps are in yet.
