I need a sound editing program that can batch trim audio (WAV) files and add a 5 ~ 10 second fade at the end.

Anyone know of a good program?

Adobe Audition (previously known as Cool Edit) will also do what you need, and much more. Not sure if it's a bit overkill for what you want though.

Goldwave Audio Editor. It's simple, and lots of features such as fade. I've used it for about 7 years for my basic audio editing needs.

doesnt nero package a sound editor?
its pretty easy to use...

soundforge is my favourite tho

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
