Smc Barricade - Ftp set up

Im having trouble setting up a ftp with my Smc barricade

7004abr router...

I would like to set up a passive ftp.

My computer is dmz host.

I opened the port 20-21 in Virtual server.

When someone connects to my ftp it shows them connecting but

for some reason it says port 0 and he cannot connect. I specified

port 21. It works when I try with the lan ip but not with the wan

ip.

Can someone tell me what to do, step by step.

I am using guild ftp and i know how to set up the software.

Anyone with the same router having the same problem??

If this computer is set up in the DMZ then you do not have to specify what ports are forwarded to this host because it is wide open.
