Simple and use full Tweak App

Can some tell me about a simple and useful tweak app. Really at the moment I want to just tweak the section when you click on the start button and on the side of the start menu there is a bitmap type image that says Windows XP Professional. I know I can turn it off but then it makes small icons in the start menu , which I would rather keep the same size icons but loose the side image. Please help if you can. This would be a cool tweak and really that is all I need cause I get all the other **** from MS's tweak UI
