Shutdown menu

Is there a way to bring up the shutdown menu in xp through a shortcut? The one that has the choices Standby, Shutdown, and Restart, making the screen gray? Ty for your help.

oops... guess that isn't really what you were looking for. I know it can be done. I have it setup on my PC at work, but I don't remember the command.
