Shortcuts in office

    When you open or save a document in a office program you get a window on your screen giving you the chance to browse to where you want to put or find the file at thr left of this window there are shortcuts to the history my computer my documents ect ect ... !

    My question is how can I edit such a shurtcut so I point's to a folder I want it to point to !
