Okay, here's what I have at work...my PC is connected (via ethernet) to a routed Cable connection, as well as to the central server (same cable)...my question is, can I take the cable that is coming into my computer, and put it into a 4-port hub...connect my PC and my laptop into the hub? This way, I can have access to the internet, and the server on my PC and my laptop...is this possible? Sorry, it's probably a stupid question, but I need to know soon.

Thanks,

-Nathan A.

Yes... but you will have to purchase additional IPs from your cable provider. If they offer you 3 already then you should not have an issue. The other route you can go is a router. A router would allow you to use one IP with as many PCs as you would like.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
