I have Windows XP Pro with two user accounts, one for me and one for my parents. For webbrowsing, I use Mozilla Firebird, but my parents rather use Internet Exploiter. I know that I can set a default browser, but that's system-wide. For now I have set IE as the default, but some programs have the ability to click a link (for example, a link in an e-mail in Outlook 2003), and then your default browser opens. In my account I want it to open Firebird, but it starts IE instead. In short: How can I set IE as the default browser in my parents' account and Firebird in my account? Can I do it by using group policies or whatever?
