Server Syncronisation

I need a program that will keep two loadbalanced servers in sync. I've been looking at replication packages like this
http://www.veritas.com/products/category/ProductDetail.jhtml?ProductId=storagereplicatornt
but it seems to be 'one way' replication, not true syncronisation.

Each server needs to be a source AND a target....get me?

So, my question is, has anyone here done this before? What software? Can each server be a source and a target?

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
