    Here ya go

    Or, open Notepad and copy and paste this:
    Code:
    [Shell]
    Command=2
    IconFile=explorer.exe,3
    [Taskbar]
    Command=ToggleDesktop

    Safe the file as Show Desktop.scf and copy it wherever you want.

    edit: make you sure set the 'Save as type' when saving the file to 'All files'.

    Thanks Glaanieboy. It's my first visit and I've learned how to fix a problem I've struggled with for days! Thanks a lot. :)

    hmm, i didnt try it out until now.. didnt seem to work. I changed the icon and it never worked after that. I tried changing the icon, but nothing seems to work

    what does it say in the "properties" of the icon?

    target: "C:\Documents and Settings\Get Fuzzy\Desktop\Show Desktop.scf"

    start in: "C:\Documents and Settings\Get Fuzzy\Desktop"

    That is not the Show Desktop icon, but a shortcut to it.

    The properties should say File type: Windows Explorer Command.
