Saving Images in Internet Explorer problem

Recently when I right-click a picture and "Save Picture as" whether it is a JPG or GIF etc I can only save it in BMP format and its always called "Untitled.bmp"

How can I fix this problem so I can save the image in its original format?

Clear temporary internet files.

Just checked my Temp Internet Files setting and somehow it was on 1MB

I set it to 1024MB and all is fine
