I have two printers currently installed and hooked up to my computer. Both of them have the latest drivers. One of them is a b/w Okipage 6w and it prints my cd jackets just fine. I have never had any problems with the software or printer. I have just recently installed a color HP DeskJet 952C printer. When I tried to print one of the same jackets that would print fine on my old b/w printer, it wouldn't print. All it would give me are the cut/fold lines. The printer prints graphics and text fine in all the other programs I have used, such as Microsoft Word, Photo Editor, etc. I have also tried printing to file and then printing the same file at work, and it gave me the same results. The printer used at work was also an HP model, a color Inkjet CP1700. Help?

If you have copied the file & tried on another computer it sounds like it could be the file itself. What's wrong I got no idea. Try making something simple & see if it will print.

If it did not work on another computer/printer then your problem is not your printer. It must be the file you are creating.

What I was thinking is that it was a glitch in Easy CD Creator 5 running in Windows XP with an HP printer.
