It was bad
Felt like soft porn half of the time, the other half was filled with pretty fight scenes (Can't say anything bad about them )
And it pretty missed out on the ending.
Heh, I was talking about RotK, but Revolutions sucked as wellOriginally posted by muzikool
Are you talking about RotK or Revolutions?

RotK did a pretty good job killing anything Tolkien left for the readers imagination (again except for fight scenes, they where good) and Revolutions just sucked completely.

Doesn't matter to me if it is "true to the book". It doesn't take an hour for everyone to hug and give congrats for a victory. Watch it again. Every scene at the end seems to almost be in slow-mo.

Muzikool, I'll rephrase that.
Visually, RotK was great. The director (Peter Jackson I think) did a really good job creating the world and the charterers.
But when it came to "emotional" scenes, it pretty much became something between a crappy afterschool special and a soft gay porn movie.
