I recently accidentally removed my XP fonts folder(yes..the 1 at the control panel there) after a fresh installation of XP pro. Any way to restore it? I tried to replace it with a folder of fonts that i have and all it display out it quite abnormal (some are small and some are larger than life fonts on some installation screen). The folder that i had consists all of the fonts(standard fonts)

have you tried a system restore to a point before you did that?
or another option is a repair install of XP ... you walk through the set up as if you wanted a clean install and at one point is shows you the partitions that are there and the previous copy of XP you highlight that and choose to repair that copy .... its not a reinstall its not a repair console thing .... its like I said walk through the set up as if you wanted a clean install ..... it wont change any installed programs but does fix alot of errors
