Resolution in Macromedia Flash MX

Is anyone here profficient with Macromedia Flash MX? I drew a sweet picture on there but I'm not to savvy with the program and when I try and copy/paste it to another program the picture is always really small and pixelated. Any way to make it look as good as it does on Flash? I just want to save it as a bitmap or JPG so I can send it to people. Thanks :nervous:

I don't know Flash MX, but I use Pro, and u need to go to file export as, and it should save it how it looks.
