reshacking shell32.dll error

does anyone know why i get this error when i reshack the shell32.dll file??

edit: after i replace the shell32.dll with my modded version i get this error when i try and run the calculator.

probably cuz u dont do it in safe mode like ure suppose to.

I explained this once...that this needed to do this in Safe Mode..but some elect to take the advice of some "WB Online Experts" and tell you that you don't need to do it in Safe Mode...maybe he will come back and post...how to fix it.

**Always replace system dlls in Safe mode...uxtheme.dll---shell32.dll etc etc

I replace files through Recovery Console. Just seems easier to me.
