how do i change those icons again? something about shell32.xxx, thanks

The show desktop icon can be changed by dragging the icon into notepad. Edit the text that appears where it says IconFile and save.
For the My Pictures and My Music icons edit the desktop.ini file inside the folders.

Set Program & Access defaults
in the right panel of start menu
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f7-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}\DefaultIcon
and/or
in the programs list: right click - properties - change icon
in add/remove: ? still searching


If you are using classic start menu no other way than resource hack shell32.dll.
