replace Alt+Ctrl+Del

can anyone tell me if there is a program that lets you click on a button and does an Alt+Ctrl+Del

i'm disabled and know i can use sticky keys but sometimes its hard to do all 3.

so i'm looking for a programme to do it for me.

I never hard of this, only thing I know is WindowsKey+L to lock the session (you will need to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to unlock your station), but it won't allow you to see running services nor kill running progs.
So, in the end, I don't think this could help you...
