anyone know of a way to have more than one user be able to login to a computer using remote desktop with WinXP Pro? or atleast be able to have a person logged into the console and have a remote desktop person at the same time?

I don't think so, but there is a 3rd party program, called WinVNC, that allows an unlimited number of users to view and/or interact with a Windows session

Windows XP will only support either a console (locally logged on) or a remote session, and not both. You can only get one remote session at a time as well. If you are looking for more flexibility, then that is what Windows 2000 Server has (or a Citrix server). Also, VNC will allow you to control the console session, but not allow multiple sessions on the same system, such as having multiple accounts logged on at the same time running separate tasks.
