Remote Assistance problem

Ok I get an error message when a friend sends me an invitation for Remote Assistance. The error is this "remote host name could not be resolved." My friend also said that a riend of his got the same error message. Any idea's as to why I'm getting that error.

try windows update and download all the updates (cant remeber wich one it is that helps but it will only keep our computer up to date so its good anyway...)
