The first post has been modified to reflect the changes. The tutorial has been split into separate ones form 9x/ME and XP to make it easier to follow.

For Windows 2000/XP and a DOS floppy, You navigate to the i386 folder and then type winnt.exe at the prompt, Or you could just boot from the CD depending on whatever your BIOS supports CD booting.
